We aim to prove that positive messaging can perform in a negative world.
Our work is only possible through the incredible and transformational work of our partners. Each of our partners uniquely approaches community, support, and resources to help men grow and heal in positive and sustainable ways. We're proud to work closely alongside them and hope to reach many with our shared mission of making the world more safe for all.
Man Enough is a movement founded on the belief that by undefining traditional roles and traits of masculinity, men will be able to realize their potential as humans and their capacity for connection. What began with Justin Baldoni’s TED Talk on why he is done trying to be “man enough,” the movement has continued to combine personal stories and collective experiences through Man Enough – The Series, Man Enough To Care, Justin’s first book Man Enough: Undefining My Masculinity, and now The Man Enough Podcast. Through these bold, vulnerable, and transparent conversations we aim to build bridges from our heads to our hearts, and between one another.

I’m Dr. Jed Diamond
For more than fifty years, I have helped more than 40,000 men, and the women who love them, to life fully, love deeply, and make a positive difference in the world. There is a lot I’d like to offer you from my professional experience, but I also want to be vulnerable and share some of my own personal challenges. I’ll tell you about my joy of love and the pain of divorce, how I dealt with depression, why my third marriage nearly went under at mid-life, and how recognizing and healing forgotten childhood trauma enabled me to find true love and a successful 42-year marriage, and more.
